Harness the Power of Light
Ultraviolet Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining

For culvert repair, sewer repair, and other underground pipeline solutions, UV CIPP is leading the way in efficiency and environmental sustainability. This method takes only a fraction of the time, cost, and energy to replace pipes or cure liners using steam or hot water. With no off-gassing, road closures, or short-lived felt sock liners, you can restore your infrastructure without disrupting the communities that depend on these vital systems.

Cracked pipes, leaks, and corrosion are no match for UV lining. At Precision Trenchless, we can install liners suitable for 6”-72” pipes, such as culverts, sewers, and more. Take the uncertainty, disruption, and inefficiency out of the curing process and proceed with confidence when you choose Precision Trenchless!

Pipe Lining Systems

Leading-edge UV CIPP Solutions for New England & Beyond

The most technologically advanced way to address the aging and failing underground infrastructure of our country is with ultra-violet cured-in-place pipe. This method of trenchless pipe lining removes the mess and guesswork of previous technologies. UV CIPP is predictable, structural, and environmentally friendly.

Predictable

Liners are produced in an ISO 9001 manufacturing facility that meets all ASTM standards for pipeline rehabilitation. Because the liner is constructed with an outer and inner jacket, there is no migration of styrene, which occurs with felt lining systems. That means uniform thickness throughout the pipe.

Structural

The liner is cured using UV light instead of steam or hot water, which means its effectiveness is not influenced by environmental temperatures or groundwater levels. This allows it to adapt to any shape or construction of the host pipe, becoming a new structural pipe with a lifespan of 75-00 years.

Environmentally Friendly

Traditional steam or hot water curing methods use an abundance of fuel. Worse, they release styrene and other hazardous chemicals into the water, soil, and air. There is no off-gassing with UV CIPP, meaning no displacing residents, evacuating facilities, or threatening the environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your UV-Cured Sewer Lining Questions Answered

UV CIPP stands for ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe. This is a trenchless pipe-lining method, which means no digging is required. Using fiberglass-reinforced liners cured with UV light creates a stronger, longer-lasting bond than felt or resin liners cured with steam or water.

Once we clean and prep the pipe surface, we position the liner inside it, inflate it with compressed air, and insert a UV light system to begin the curing process. The process can be completed within minutes so you can get back to serving America’s communities right away.

UV CIPP liners are designed to last from 75 to 100 years with proper maintenance. As a fully structural solution, these liners are a powerful alternative to full pipe replacement or less efficient CIPP methods.

Absolutely. Rehabilitating a pipe with a UV-cured liner can represent significant cost savings compared to excavation and replacement. It also drastically reduces downtime and disruption, with a same-day return to service in most situations.
